Website chat widget

Add a chat bubble to your website that talks to your agent.

Open the agent and go to Website widget. Switch it on.
Set the greeting (empty: the agent's first message) and the colours.
Under Websites allowed to show it, add your site, like https://yourcompany.in, so a copied code does not work elsewhere.
Copy the one-line script and paste it before </body> on your website.

Visitors' chats appear in Conversations and the Inbox, and use credits like calls.
