Why we started
Billions of people reach businesses by phone, messaging apps and the web. Too often they meet a menu in a language that is not theirs, wait in a queue, or get no answer at all. Meanwhile teams spend their days on the same status questions, follow-ups, data entry and reports.
Speech and language AI can now hold a natural conversation in English, Hindi, Tamil, Bengali and many more languages. We built Lipivo so any business, not just the largest, can put that to work: describe the job in plain language, connect your channels and systems, and have an agent working in an afternoon.
We also know realistic voices can be misused. So safety is part of the product from the first line of code: voice cloning needs the speaker's spoken consent, scam scripts are refused, and outbound calls follow local calling rules.
