You connect a number you already have, or buy one, from Twilio, Exotel or Vobiz, and paste its keys into the dashboard. The agent answers calls on it and can place calls from it. Calls go out from your own number with your own provider.
You pay in credits (1,000 credits = ₹1) for the agent's replies on our AI models and for the speech it speaks and hears. For example, a 3-minute call with 10 replies on GPT-4.1 nano costs about ₹10.
