Knowledge: documents and web pages
Give the agent your price lists, FAQs and policies so it answers from them instead of guessing.
On every message, the agent gets the passages from your documents that match best, so its answers come from your own facts.
- Open the agent and go to Knowledge.
- Upload a file (PDF with real text, not a scan, or a plain-text file, up to 10 MB), or add a public web page by its address.
- Use the search box to check: type a question like “What is your return policy?” and see which passages the agent would get.
Matching is by words, so phrase documents the way your callers speak. If the search says nothing matches, the agent would answer from its prompt alone.
Knowledge storage is shared by all your agents; the bar on the tab shows how much is used.
