Credits, costs and spending limits
How credits work, what each agent spends, cheaper models to try and monthly limits.
1,000 credits = ₹1. Credits pay for text to speech, speech to text and agents on our AI models. Agents on your own AI key don't use credits for the model.
Plans & billing
- Every plan adds credits to your balance each billing period. You can also Buy credits at any time.
- The credits meter at the bottom of the menu shows your balance; click it to open Plans & billing.
- Invoices (with GST) and monthly usage reports as CSV are on the same page.
Costs
- What each agent spent, split into the AI model and speech, its cost per conversation, and the most expensive conversations.
- Cheaper models: for agents on our models, the same tokens priced on other models. Compare them on the agent's tests before switching.
- Monthly limit: per agent. You are emailed at 80% and 100%. Choose Pause the agent until next month or only alert. A paused agent answers with the “unavailable” message until the month ends or you raise the limit.
