Webhooks: events on your server

Get a signed POST when a conversation starts, new messages arrive, or credits run low.

Go to Webhooks (under Developers) and click Add endpoint.
Enter a public https address on your server and choose the events.
Copy the signing secret (shown once) into your server's settings, and check the signature on each request.
Click Test it to send a test event.

Failed deliveries are retried twice. Works with Zapier, Make or n8n, for example to save every conversation in your CRM.

These are account events. The agent's own Webhooks tab is different: those are actions the agent calls during a conversation.
