Inbox: take over a chat

Answer a live WhatsApp or website chat yourself, then hand it back to the agent.

1. Open Inbox: chats from the last 24 hours on WhatsApp, the website and the other chat channels.
2. Pick a chat to read it.
3. Click Take over. The agent stays quiet while you reply as a person.
4. When you are done, click Hand back to let the agent answer again.
