Approvals
Say yes or no to actions that need a person first, like refunds or cancellations.
Actions marked Ask a person first on a webhook or MCP tool wait here instead of running.
- Open Approvals and read the request: which agent, which action, with what details, and the conversation it came from.
- Optionally add a note for the agent, like “Approved for up to ₹500 only”.
- Click Approve and run: the action runs and the agent tells the customer in the same chat. Decline makes the agent tell them it could not be done.
