How Lipivo works
Agents, channels and credits in two minutes, and how to find your way around the dashboard.
An agent is an AI assistant that talks to your customers in their language. It answers phone calls, WhatsApp messages, chats on your website and in apps like Telegram or Slack, and it can take actions in your systems: look up an order, book an appointment, raise a ticket.
The three steps
- Build the agent: its instructions (the prompt), what it knows (documents and web pages), the actions it can take (webhooks, apps and MCP tools) and its rules (guardrails).
- Deploy it: connect a phone number, a WhatsApp number, a chat app or your website. An agent stays a draft until it has a channel or a trigger.
- Monitor it: read every conversation, take over a chat, approve sensitive actions, and run tests after each change.
Finding your way around
- The menu on the left follows the same steps: Build (Agents, Voices), Monitor (Inbox, Approvals, Conversations, Users, Tests), Deploy (Phone Numbers, WhatsApp, Chat channels, Outbound, Workflows), Developers and Account.
- Each agent has its own menu with the same groups: open an agent from Agents to see it.
- The Help button at the top of every dashboard page opens the guide for that page in a new tab.
- Keyboard shortcuts: press

Credits
Usage is paid in credits: 1,000 credits = ₹1. Agents on our AI models use credits for each reply, and calls also use credits for speech. Agents that run on your own AI provider key use no credits for the model. See Credits, costs and limits.
