Telegram, Slack, Freshdesk, Intercom and your own app

Answer in chat apps and help desks, or in your own app through the custom API.

1. Go to Chat channels and click Connect a channel.
2. Pick the app: Telegram, Slack, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Custom API for your own app.
3. Pick the agent and paste the app's keys. We check them with the app when you connect.
4. Where needed, paste the webhook URL we show into the app's settings. Telegram is registered for you: just message the bot.
