Integrations, AI model keys and MCP servers

Connect apps, bring your own AI provider key, and give agents tools from any MCP server.

Apps: send every conversation to your team chat, helpdesk, CRM or a sheet, and let agents book appointments and look up orders.
AI models: our models are paid from credits. Add your own OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or custom LLM key (an OpenAI-compatible API URL) to pay the provider directly; we charge nothing for the model. Then pick it on the agent's Prompt tab.
MCP servers: click Add MCP server, enter its URL and any secret (stored encrypted). Its tools become tools your agents can use. Choose which agents get them, and mark sensitive tools Ask a person first.

Removing an AI key stops agents that use it until you pick another model.
