Questions
Everything is paid for in credits, and one credit is ₹0.001, so ₹1 buys 1,000 credits. Speech, transcription and our AI models each use credits at the rates below. Plans include credits every month, and you can top up at any time.
A call uses credits for the agent's replies on our AI model (per token) and for the speech it speaks (per character). For example, a 3-minute call with 10 replies on GPT-4.1 nano costs about ₹10. Agents on your own AI key pay only for the speech; your provider bills the model. Phone minutes are billed by your own phone provider (Twilio, Exotel or Vobiz).
Yes. Add your key and pick that model for an agent: its replies are not charged in credits. You can also connect any OpenAI-compatible LLM.
API requests answer 402, the test chat stops, and callers hear a short 'service not available' message. Agents on your own AI key keep answering. Add credits and everything resumes at once.
